You need to make sense of what is going on in your life, you want to gain perspective because even though you know the answers, they're hard to see when you're in the midst of it all.
You want to feel understood, you need to vent and unload all that's been happening. You want someone to listen to you with compassion and understanding, someone who can offer support and encouragement until you feel safe to take charge.
I offer a healing, non-judgmental, non-clinical space for you to express how you feel, to help you find your own answers. Sessions are offered by phone or text messaging (whatsApp/messenger etc.) to fit your schedule.
